Oslo Software Architeture (OSWA) are happy to announce that Mohammed Aboullaite from Spotify will visit OSWA for his talk "Move fast, build things… safely!". Mohammed will do two talks at Rebel this evening. The event starts at 17:00 with a talk about the principles followed in Formula 1.

Everywhere, there is a push for greater speed and innovation. Yet, this drive often clashes with the need for security, durability, and dependability. Pursuing faster outcomes can sometimes lead to new challenges and hazards, such as bypassing necessary procedures or inadequate testing.

Conversely, Formula 1 represents one of the world's quickest and most perilous forms of motorsport. Despite this, the safety of its drivers is always a priority, with numerous rules and inspections in place to safeguard them.

In this presentation, we will explore various principles utilized in Formula 1 and how we can apply these insights to our methods for designing, building, delivering, and securing our systems.
