The AI group in Den norske dataforening (DND) invites you to an evening at Rebel on Tuesday 6 May dedicated to the practical side of building AI startups — from funding and strategy to tools and first-hand experience.
The programme features insights from experienced founders, investors, and organisations that support early-stage innovation. Mehmet Naci Akkøk will open with a walkthrough of the startup process, soft funding opportunities, and the MVP toolbox. Ege Akinci from Antler will give a perspective from the early-stage VC side, while Snezhina Duevska from the Norwegian AI Research Consortium (NORA) will present resources available through their startup programme.
Participants will also get a live demonstration of the vibecoding toolbox for startups, and hear directly from Lars Traaholt Vågne, CEO of Simli, about the everyday life and challenges in an AI-driven startup. The evening concludes with a panel moderated by Morten Kveldstad, followed by informal mingling and conversations.
The event is free and open to anyone interested in the startup journey within artificial intelligence.
